All orders leave our studio every Friday and are shipped USPS first class. Domestic orders arrive 3-5 business days after they are shipped, and international orders arrive in 2-3 weeks!

EXPRESS SHIPPING for DOMESTIC ORDERS : leave our studio within 2 business days via PRIORITY MAIL. And then it would arrive 2-3 business days after leaving my studio! :) (so a total of 4-5 business days)
EXPRESS SHIPPING for INTERNATIONAL orders : leaves our studio within 2 business days via express USPS shipping. It is available for MOST international orders, but is an additional $50. Please inquire with us if you'd like international express shipping.
We cannot guarantee ship dates unless you choose express shipping; and even then we will take all measures necessary to get your item to you on time, but once it is shipped we are relying on the postal service to make the final delivery! :) So, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allot enough time to receive your order once you place it! :)

*RETURNS*
If at any time you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would LOVE to help you resolve the issue! We do accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. You, as the buyer, will pay for the return shipping, and we will refund your payment once the returned product has been received. We do not accept returns on any custom items.
